In addition, AH has already been told she cannot pursue this in the VA trial, so it’s a pointless exercise! I feel this approach re twitter is v much an “AH” idea; not advice from a lawyer… as it’s not going to accomplish anything and is a waste of time.

In any event; re GDPR - while the laws around GDPR are v strict, where it comes to information being disclosed in the course of legal proceedings, it is more tricky. The issue has been argued in other cases - esp re disclosure of UK/EU citizens’s info in US legal proceedings.

And in simple terms, the bottom line is, if the court orders it, it can be disclosed. The question then is, what to do about it. Well, you could kick up a stink, file a motion to quash it etc.. etc… but I’m not here to give any individuals legal advice.

However, while it might be tempting to create almighty hell over it, here’s a thought… you all know you are real people right? So you could all give AH what she wants & simply let her look utterly ridiculous! So she gets the info - then what?

Journaling is self-administered therapy.

How I journal:

I write out my anxieties, fears, etc.

I challenge those thoughts to see if they're justified or not.

I brainstorm ways to tackle any problems with action.

I record all the good stuff that has happened to me to remind myself life isn't all bad.

2/ Taking a hot shower

There's something incredibly relaxing and soothing about being in hot water.

Perhaps it's because the heat relaxes your muscles and thus relaxes your body and mind.

Also, being clean physically helps my mental state of mind.

When you have deep relationship problems with a woman, you fix it by love bombing her not through honest dialogue, because hurt women are selfish. They don't give a fuck about the pain they caused (hers matters more), and they don't want to hear an analysis of how they fucked up.

Women don't take accountability for the damage they cause. Trying to force them to be accountable for it just makes them less cooperative, because their low stress tolerance means any truthful examination of their mistakes will cause them pain and in turn further instability.

They will simply dismiss, forget or not really absorb what you say if you try being honest, and tell them in a straight way. If you keep pressing it and can prevent her from running away, you will at best get some weak excuses and perhaps an apology. THAT'S *THE BEST* you'll get.

If you can't prevent her from running away, she will just run away.

Women have no sense of honour in thinking "I've hurt this man, I need to make sure he will be alright"

No. She will absorbed in her own pain, you will not even be a consideration.

A woman can love you more than anything on this planet - and she will do this.

And you causing her additional stress by being mad at her and seeking answers only pushes her further away.

She will never meet your needs and right her wrongs.

Reading the 4-hour workweek changed that path for me

3) Lifting is mandatory

You are at your PEAK Energetically.

Use that energy to get into the best shape of your life and the rest of your life will be FAR EASIER.

Last weekend, I made a threat on the ongoing #SocialMedia shutdown in Uganda and some implications on the future of #internet & Uganda's #digital agenda.

The thread attracted a lot of engagement and questions. Tonight, I will share some final thoughts on the subject. (1)

Conceptually, social media sites are the largest on-boarding platforms for internet users in Uganda. Notably, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram & Snapchat attract the highest internet traffic- which drives demand for other platform services e.g Google and Zoom recently.

So- when we talk about an "open internet", we mean the FULL resources of the internet. Any encumberance on selected applications has ripple effects across the entire network thus jeorpadizing standardization of internet/data transmission which is essential for innovation & growth

Furthermore, shutdowns hinder network interoperability (technical ability to plug/link one digital product or service into another product or service). Interoperability is the heart of the "Internet of things" eg business, devices, networks, services, e-govt, integration etc #IoT

Because the internet is a global resource, shutdowns enhance a digital divide (the gap between demographics and regions that have access to modern ICTs, and those that don't or have restricted access). Ironic that 3rd world countries have the highest number of shutdowns globally.

The issue conservatives have is not what the left is doing to themselves, but what they're imposing onto us.

Progressive policies force compliance, they don't unite or persuade or offer.

They use the full force of government to make you do what they believe is best.

You can’t argue studies & reports with fear. Minority communities have been disproportionately affected by their families dying. The unions are representing the teachers who are also POC, at risk & don’t want to die.

I see both sides of this issue and it’s only a problem because of a lack of a Federal response and Federal leadership. If the US had a functional @CDC last year and had set out guidelines for school reopening we wouldn’t be here.

I quit my job because the protocols I wrote weren’t being followed so I don’t blame unions one bit for advocating for the health & safety of their workers.

This biased & inflammatory OpEd does not give any credence to substantiated concerns and fears, especially of those teachers who are unvaccinated, at high risk, and being forced to go teach in unventilated classrooms without N95 respirators or support...
