What are the rules for keeping the idol of Bagalamukhi Maa at home?

Sadhak needs to follow the rules while doing baglamukhi anusthan.

1. Baglamukhi anusthan (Baglamukhi puja) can be done at home. Sadhak does not need to go to any temple.

2. Place a baglamukhi photo & yantra at your puja temple.

3. Sadhak must do constant number of mantra jaap

everyday. if you want to complete your anusthan in 40 days then 32 malas needs to be done everyday. In case in the beginning of anusthan if you are not able to do 32 malas then you can start with less numbers and then increase day by day. Numbers of malas can be increased but

but can not be decreased.

4. Haldi Mala (Rosary of 108 beads which is made up of turmeric) should be used to chant baglamukhi mantra. A rosary has one hundred eight beads but only hundred mantras are counted.

5. Sadhak should maintain the celibacy in austhan period.

6. Sadhak must sit on yellow asana, must wear yellow clothes & should offer yellow sweets to ma baglamukhi.

7. In anusthan period do not hurt anyone & keep silence as much as possible

Let's begin with chest:

1. Flat Barbell Bench Press OR Seated Chest Press Machine

Both of these exercises hit the chest, shoulders, and triceps quite well.

3 muscles for the price of one lift.

Choose ONE of these exercises and stick with it for the next 3 months and you'll grow fast.

The chest is an interesting muscle, and I've noticed that pressing alone doesn't work for most people, myself included.

1. Divide your capital amongst your family members:

• Ensure they are not salaried employees as they might not be allowed to trade as per their employer's policy.

• Your family is your strength, not just emotionally, but financially too.

• E.g. your net taxable income works out to Rs. 50 lacs, as per the new tax regime, you are in the 30% tax bracket.

However, if you divide the capital amongst your family members in such a way that the net taxable income works out to Rs. 12.5 lacs per member (assuming 4).

This way the tax bracket gets shifted from 30% to 20%, clear saving of 10%

2. Expenses a trader can claim:

All the expenses directly related to the trading business can be claimed.

i) Rent Expense: If one has an office on rented premises, rent paid is a valid expense. However, you should have the rent receipts & rent agreement as valid proof.

Imagine if you owned lavish office spaces.

You could earn lakhs as rent every month.

But it isn’t easy. Such properties cost crores.

You can, however, buy a part of them.

How? Through fractional real estate platforms (different from REITs).

How does it work?

It starts with a company/platform identifying investable Grade A properties like commercial buildings or warehouses.

Such premium properties usually cost crores.

So, the company invites multiple investors to pool money.

After collecting money, the platform creates a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to buy the property.

And the investors become shareholders in this SPV.

Examples of these companies/platforms include Strata, hBits, Property Share, etc.

How do these companies generate returns for investors? 🤔

There are two ways.

• One, they earn rent from the tenants, who are usually locked for a long-term lease.

• Two, capital appreciation from the property when they sell it.

What sort of returns can you expect?

Platforms like hBits and Strata promise 8-10% yearly rental returns on their listed assets.

Post capital appreciation, the overall average annual return they promise is 12-20% in the long term (typically 5 years).

Almost everyone’s chest muscles are extremely tight, causing them to naturally hunch over.

Hold the wall/doorway and lean forward.

Hold this stretch for 20 seconds at least 3 times throughout the day.

Superman (Strengthens low back)

Lie on your stomach and raise your hands and legs as high as you feel comfortable.

You can look straight or down, whatever doesn’t strain your neck.

Hold at the top for a second and go back down.

Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Sitting row (Strengthens mid back)

Sit with your legs straight, and back upright.

Puff your chest out.

Hold the band with your palms facing towards each other.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together holding for a second, and slowly go back.

Do 12 reps for 3 sets.

Wall slides (Strengthens upper back)

Your ankles, butt, shoulder blades, and head should be touching the wall.

Have your elbows at 90 degrees and bring your arms up touching your thumbs together.

Bring your elbows down and repeat.

Do 12 reps for 3 sets.
