To become a very good trader, we need a strong understanding of options and Futures with their payoff graphs.

Most people have no clarity regarding synthetics & are just too confused.

Let's begin understanding synthetics & how they can help us trade with a clear understanding!

Synthetics are formed by the mixture/combinations of any two of the following three.

1. Calls
2. Puts
3. Futures/Stocks

You don't even need to touch futures/stocks. Whatever kind of payoff graph you want, you can get via options only.

Fut buy + Put buy= Call buy
Ft buy + Call sell = Put sell
Ft sell + Call buy = Put Buy
Ft sell + Put sell = Call sell

Ft buy = Call Buy + Put Sell
Fut sell = Put Buy + Call Sell

Know this very well as this is a must to know.

There are four advantages to trade via synthetics.

Also, we'll look at 3 problems and 4 myths about strategies.

Let's begin, by looking at the advantages:

DC - will serve as a tool for ENTRY
RSI - will serve as a tool for entry confirmation as well as ENTRY
OBV-EMA - will serve as a tool for TREND IDENTIFICATION as well as TRADE EXIT

There will be TWO TYPES of ENTRY

1. ENTRY A = entry with the help of DC (please remember this )

2. ENTRY B = entry with the help of RSI (please remember this )

It is TrendFollowing Indicator That generates Buy / Sell signals based on the ATR value or volatility of the stock

Supertrend also works as a trailing stop-loss for the existing trades Best on daily time frame

Works Best on 10 , 3 settings
One can try and backtest on 10 ,2 at own also !
Doesnt Work well in Sideways Zone as it is trend following indicator

1. Works Best In trending Markets
2. Keep Riding the trend till Supertrend Turns Red
3. Use Price Action to Enter and Supertrend As Trailing Stoploss
4. Sometimes Gives Multiple Signals Where you can take Small Stoploss .

Supertrend to be avoided in Sideways markets as it gives a lot of false Signals .

Use Normal Support Resistance as Stoploss in this case

Evil eye 🧿 or nazar dosh - weak moon and strong 6H/8H placements along with badhak connection can make one more susceptible to this. One can take a lemon 🍋 and move it 11 times anti-clockwise over the head. Then burn it . Do it on Tuesday or Saturday.

Mkt time in a day 375 min .
Hence anything divisible by 375 should be your intraday timeframe for trading or analysis to have a completeness.
1/3/5/15/25/75/125 minutes tf and of course daily tf.
Eg: 5 - 15 -75 combination for day trading / 1-5-15 for scalping.

Prices & MA are poised to meet
to generate a "BUY" signal !

SL for Longs remain @ 17240 (Fm "VF table")

Remember, every 15 minutes, the #movingaverages are moving up..

Buy closer to it (17255-260)with small SL 17240.

Yesterday Subasish Sir from Power of Stocks made his first 1.5cr on Intraday

So let's have a look what we can learn from his today's profit:

• He generally build positions at previous swing break or after seeing a reversal candle after some retracement

• He generally creates his positions at 1st half of market
After that he just do adjustments and other things to his existing positions
• He trail his positions at previous swing high/low level

• He watch 5 min time frame to find reversals (W or M pattern) at Support/Resistance

• He generally short ITM options with hedge at 2000 far strike for margin benefit
• He leaves CE short options alone for overnight only if it decays over 20-30% after his entry

• But he never leaves PE short options alone (except where it become deep OTM) cause market generally gap up by small % but it can gap down by huge % due to any economic fear
• He always keep hedges(CE/Future short)to protect down side risk while he leave PE short for overnight
