Nobody is saying that trans-identified humans should not have human rights; what women are objecting to is the fact that trans activism is seeking to eliminate the following sex-based rights and protections that women have.

A thread.

 Here is a list of the Human Rights of Women that trans activism is eliminating; it was written by Gallus Mag, who had her blog deleted by Wordpress after she published this.
1. Removing the legal right of women to organise politically against sex-based oppression by males.
2. Removing the legal right of women to assemble outside the presence of men.
3. Removing the legal right of women to educational programs created for women outside the presence of men.
4. Eliminating data collection of sex-based inequalities in areas where females are underrepresented.
5. Elimination of sex-based crime statistics.
6. Eliminating athletic programs and sports competitions for women and girls.
7. Removing the legal right of women to be free from the presence of men in areas of public accommodation where nudity occurs.
8. Elimination of grants, scholarships, board and trustee designations, representative positions, and affirmative programs for women.
9. Removing the legal right of women to create reproductive clinics, rape crisis services, support groups, or any organisations for females.
10. Eliminating media and all public discourse specific to females.
11. Removal of the right of journalists to report the sex, and history, of subjects.
12. Eliminating the legal right of lesbians to congregate publicly.
13. Elimination of lesbian-specific organisations and advocacy groups.
14. Removing the legal right of women to free speech related to sex roles and gender.
15. Elimination of the legal right of women to protection from state-enforced sex-roles (appearance/behaviour/thought).
16. Elimination of the legal right of girls to protection from state-enforced sex-roles in public education.
17. Elimination of the patient right of dependent females to hospital/facility bed assignments separate from males.
18. Elimination of the right of dependent females to prefer female providers for their intimate personal care requirements.
19. Elimination of the human right of female prisoners under state confinement to be housed separately from male prisoners.
20. Unlike any other social justice movement in history, the contemporary push for "Transgender Rights" (***as it is currently being played out***) are unique in that they are based on eliminating the sex-based rights and protections of women and girls.
This is not about individuals who are gender fluid. This is about a co-opted movement. It's about Men's Rights Activists eradicating women's rights.
What does it take to make people understand? This is not about gender fluid folks expressing their gender fluid spirit, it's about men claiming to be women and taking over women's spaces and terrorising them there-in.
This is about men colonising the sacred feminine, pushing fetishism, pushing pornography, pushing sex slavery/prostitution, pushing sex trafficking, manufacturing perpetual children (puberty interruption), sterilising young people (eugenics).
It's about men erasing women from political discourse, eradicating women's rights, and rendering women powerless.

Ousmane hasn’t had the advantages that La Masia youngsters have had. That’s why he’s Ousmane.

Like every La Masia youngster, Ousmane grew up with a dream: playing for Barça.

Like every youngster, he fought to stand out amid a talented group of players, the majority of which would fail to go pro.

However, his football education was the polar opposite to that of La Masia.

Ousmane did not reside in one of the most expensive academies in Europe: he lived in a low-cost public housing unit in Normandy. He did not play in the well-trimmed pitches of La Masia, he played in the concrete jungles of Évreux. These disadvantages made him the man he is today.

While street soccer encourages individuality & creative freedom, academy-based training like La Masia encourages unselfishness & teamwork.

That’s why Barça produce certain types of 20-year-olds like a factory line. It’s also why Barça spent €145m on a 20-year-old Ousmane.

Oh are we talking about Sheryl Sandberg again? Well, your reminder that disabled feminists, LGBQT feminists, and feminists of color criticised her ‘lean in’ deal from day one. Don’t let anyone retcon that out of existence.

Like, a pretty narrow slice of feminists actually endorse and support corporate feminism, they’re just white, nondisabled, straight, cis, and noisy so their voices have a bigger reach.

So if your impression is that ‘feminism’ gave her a ‘free pass’ maybe you should question your overall impression of feminism rather than continuing to centre a handful of people as ‘thought leaders’ or whatever.

Critics within feminism have been doing this work for a long time and have been getting shat on it for about as long and I'm tired of seeing them erased. But what do I know — I am, after all, not a feminist.

But I WILL say, from my not-a-feminist perspective, that people who aren’t feminists who are criticising feminism should maybe understand the movement more deeply beyond a handful of high profile celebrity feminists.

global health policy in 2020 has centered around NPI's (non-pharmaceutical interventions) like distancing, masks, school closures

these have been sold as a way to stop infection as though this were science.

this was never true and that fact was known and knowable.

let's look.


above is the plot of social restriction and NPI vs total death per million. there is 0 R2. this means that the variables play no role in explaining one another.

we can see this same relationship between NPI and all cause deaths.

this is devastating to the case for NPI.


clearly, correlation is not proof of causality, but a total lack of correlation IS proof that there was no material causality.

barring massive and implausible coincidence, it's essentially impossible to cause something and not correlate to it, especially 51 times.

this would seem to pose some very serious questions for those claiming that lockdowns work, those basing policy upon them, and those claiming this is the side of science.

there is no science here nor any data. this is the febrile imaginings of discredited modelers.

this has been clear and obvious from all over the world since the beginning and had been proven so clearly by may that it's hard to imagine anyone who is actually conversant with the data still believing in these responses.

Fair Warning: I believe that Cultural American Patriotic Churchianity (CAPC for short - aka White Evangelicalism/Christian Nationalism) has caused more damage to the body of Christ and the credibility of the church than CRT ever has or will.

It's been a systemic problem since the founding of the country (indeed, before the founding of the country) and has contributed to the church being complicit in chattel slavery, Jim Crow, cointelpro, redlining and a host of other things the Bible condemns as sin.

The conflation of Christianity with Americanism since the founding of the country has left too many actual believers confusing love of country and culture with biblical Christianity (thus, in their minds, to fight against conservative political culture is also to fight against

what they think is biblical Christianity). It's part of what makes it okay to minimize the sins of men like Dabney while extolling his ability as a theologian in other areas, or minimizing it as him being 'a man of his time'. It also allows you to have an atheist speak at your

Christian conference while condemning your brother who holds different political views than you, but professes the same faith you do.

On the other side of the issue, the phrase 'black lives matter' is true because of the Imago Dei. Debate your momma about it if you disagree.

This was a deck that I created on my (longish) interview process with @a16z. It was a long path, starting with meeting folks at the firm 10 years ago. But the purpose of the deck was to explain how I would use my superpower in an investing context

Here's what I explain in the deck. As investors (whether angel or VC) we're often confronted with an up-and-to-the-right graph. Is it going to go up? Or down?


One solution to forecast these growth curves is the Growth Accounting Framework, where you add up New+Reactivated and subtract churned users. In each time period that gives you the difference in monthly actives.


The problem with this is that it's a lagging metric, not a leading one. We need to go one level deeper and look at the underlying loops that drive these numbers, to understand the quality.

A lot of bootstrappers think they have a marketing problem:

"I need to get better at marketing."

But, it's more likely that you have a product problem:

"Do customers really want this? Do they care enough about this to switch to a new solution?"

"Sales increase when you honestly evaluate what someone needs and then teach them the value of what you're selling."


To succeed, your product has to offer an outcome that is highly desirable to a large group of customers.

The number of sales your product receives is a multiple of these two variables:

1. How big is the target market?
2. How desirable is the outcome you're offering them?
