Not From Without, From Within

2) Neon Revolt has forced a new perception. He has forced me to walk around a beloved topic of mine, of ours, and has forced me to look at it from its hellacious dark side. It's shadow. The topic is our reawakening as a nation of patriots. The slumbering giant slumbers no more.

3) From 2016 until this day, every time I've seen that thought cross my mind's view screen, I have smiled. And I have believed in us, in U.S. This is the sunny side of the street. A new day in America. And I have been grateful, so grateful to our great leader. And not shy either.

4) I will share that it was a dark shadow that my patriotism reemerged from. When I announced my Trump support in social media - Facebook back then - the vicious attack I came under hardened my heart. The lost of consulting revenue enraged my soul. It wasn't right.

5) It was a David Farragut moment for me, damn the torpedoes. I could never have imagined the type of attack I came under during that fateful year. It was this shadow, this darkness of evil that was there at the very moment of my own political awakening.

Good morning, all. There's a little bit of news out of Michigan already this morning - it looks like Judge Parker wanted to start the work week this week with unnecessary and stupid distractions cleared away.

So she dismissed the MI Kraken tentacle sometime after midnight.

It a 36-page opinion.

And it starts out strong.

Sorry. I'm tweeting without caffeine and it shows. The order rejects the injunction, but it doesn't dismiss the case (yet). Skimming ahead, that appears a foregone conclusion, but technically the case isn't dismissed.

Seriously, though - this is yet another judge who is responding to these request to overturn the election with the judicial version of "you want me to *what*? Hard pass."

The judge is being kind to the plaintiffs here and doesn't mention the epiceyeburningdisasterthatwastheoriginalcomplaint. But you'll note that the judge also doesn't mention what claims were in that complaint or whether they are the same as the ones in the 1st Amended Complaint.

Five years ago this week in a 6-3 decision, the United States Supreme Court declared that its prior 2012 ruling in Miller v. Alabama applied retroactively, thereby requiring that hundreds of former life-sentenced children like myself be resentenced.

I recall that day being one of subdued jubilation tempered by cautious optimism, having absolutely no confidence in how the sentencing judge or the parole board would respond to this High Court mandate. Would I be given an opportunity to live a meaningful life…

...or would I be condemned to prison for the rest of my life? Terrifying questions that had no immediate answers.

On June 27, 2017, I was resentenced to a term of 30-to-life. Following a successful parole hearing in August, on October 10, 2017, after being disappeared from society for over three decades, I walked out of prison on parole for life.

Sadly, in the four-year interim between the Miller and Montgomery decisions, my mother lost her battle with cancer. She was my last surviving (immediate) family member. For me, the Montgomery decision serves as a painfully cruel reminder that “justice delayed, is justice denied.”

American Law enforcement and military appears to be fully compromised at this time. At the rate things are developing, there may not be a peaceful transition of power on the 20th. Underestimating the threat we are facing will have dire consequences. #RemoveTheTraitors

Trump may already be a military dictator, we just haven't realized it yet, because we have not seen anything like this unfold on American soil, & we think things like this can't happen here, and happens only overseas. That is exact what they want us to believe. #RemoveTheTraitors

I remain unconvinced at this time about the loyalty of some of the troops already deployed at the Capitol and being national guard being mobilized at state capitols even. I remain concerns for the safety of Democratic lawmakers at DC and elected officials at all 50 states.

Meanwhile Trump supporters are playing dumb or sounding ridiculous in the narratives, I suspect intentionally because it makes it easier for the public dismiss the actual threat faced because the public believes they are incompetent and fools. #RemoveTheTraitors

I think at this time, that is what they want us to believe. It gives then a cover, & can carry on with their nefarious plans. The longer it goes without putting a stop to this, the harder it will be for the American people to stop what they are planning to do. #RemoveTheTraitors
