We assembled two mammalian expression vectors and one DNA cassette inserted into African Swine Fever from PRJNA607174! What happened in GuangDong at Mar-Aug 2019???!

 The legitimacy of those “samples”—completely destroyed. The CoV-like sequences—cloned. No data from the pCoV group should ever be trusted in any way anymore!
Note: the DNA cassette exist in both unintegrated and integrated forms. Likely using homology-directed recombination. Whatever they were trying to express it is not just one or two proteins. There were also SV40 Ori which is yet to be properly mapped.

Why you need expression vectors in VERO since these cells are never used as expression hosts? Especially since there were a load of different tags on these vectors. The proteins had novel tags both N and C, IgK, His, Myc—especially His tag. This is for
NiNTA purification. There is no way that anyone would tag a protein this way and only use it to transfect VERO cells. There are no other host cells in these datasets other than Manis Javanica. Only Manis Javanica and Chlorocebus Aethiops. VERO is never used for recombinant
Protein production, and there were no pigs in the dataset. Vectors therefore intended for Manis Javanica cells. This mean that the GD pangolins were intentionalally transfected with expression vectors and inoculated with recombinant ASFV expressing most likely CoV antigens.
GFP can’t even pass through the secretion pathway—why fuse that behind an IGk secretion signal?

Did they GFP-tag some of these proteins and make a recombinant ASFV just to make up the symptoms and histopathology? Very likely!
ASFV particles are found in Double-membraned vesicles when assembled, ASFV particles with GFP tagging glows green granularly in tissue, ASFV causes pneumonia and thromboembolism—it is the perfect body double for a fake CoV in all and every “supporting picture” they made!
Inoculate with rASFV. Mix in some CoV pEASY-T1 clones. Add in pcDNA3.1+/SV40pA-S-E-M-N. You get the perfect fake sample for a fake CoV!

Why there were no 5’- and 3’- sequence for MP789? The SRA had these junctions erased.
So to not be immediately obvious. But the other vector backbone sequences were left behind.
Synthetic sequences invalidate the supposed origin of the samples. Either Reused VERO stock or clone-derived sequences created the trace CoV reads.

After therapy sessions, it is occurring to me how my parents and maybe most desi parents don't really grow as parents. For example, a person would be a very different to a baby and to a teenager because the needs and vulnerabilities are so different.

But here, I feel that growth for parents stagnants sometime around when a child is 12-13. None of our parents really talk to us about puberty and growing up. None of us are taught or can talk about relationships because of moral reasons. So what do you have?

You have parents who are still parenting their adult children like kids, not apologising to us but asking us to eat, reminding us to wear jackets, locking up cars. They care. But they are coming from a care where the parent is always concerned about keeping the kid safe and alive

which imo really reduces the kind of parental advice and care one needs as an adult. Because adults know enough about the world to no longer be infantilized but we still have parents who expect us to be the same children because they're still the same kind of parents.

This is why so many of our parental relationships are strained or just based on civilities. We're forced to hide a lot from them because parents refuse to grow as parents and acknowledge us as adults. How many of us are still lectured, have curfews, other restrictions?

I was diagnosed w/ ADHD when I was 7. And in so many ways it’s been a blessing. I love my energy, the hyper-focus, the calm I feel in chaos, the ability to & feel emotions so intensely. It’s allowed me to to see the world differently be in a constant state of wonder.(2)

But realizing all that has been a long, difficult journey so figured I’d share some of my own struggles as well as the resources from @HowtoADHD because Jessica's channel has been a game-changer for me.(3)

First off, #ADHD Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a dumb description. It implies a deficit in attention & always hyper people. ADHD is a spectrum, & what we all have in common isn’t that we can’t pay attention. It’s that we have trouble controlling our attention.(4)

There are amazing analogies out there, like trying to watch 6 TV’s at once when someone else controls the remote. Or like driving a race car on city streets and spinning out whenever you try to turn.

Folks, we need to talk about this Vitamin D trial. I have no stake in this game - take Vitamin D if you want but this pre-print is super sus.

The paper is presented as a randomized trial of vitamin D supplementation in hospitalized patients with COVID. Interesting and important question! And the results appear dramatic:


If true, this would be one of (if not THE most) effective treatments for COVID. But there are problems...

The first clue something is up is that the randomized groups aren't the same size:


It took me a while to figure out why this was, then I saw in the text that INDIVIDUALS were not randomized, WARDS in the hospital were.

Killing new-born twins was common practice in the 19th century among the Ibibio people of Nigeria, but one Scotswoman went to great lengths to put an end to this.

Aberdeen-born Mary Slessor was one of the few missionaries in Africa who learnt the local language, adapted to the native customs and environment and gained the trust of the locals in order to make a truly positive impact.

Her father, a shoe-maker from Buchan, became incapacitated by alcoholism and Mary more or less became the breadwinner for the family.

From the age of 11, she worked as a ‘half-timer’ mill girl in the Baxter Brothers and Co Ltd, spending half the day at a school provided by the mill owners and the other half working for the company

Rani Gaidinliu joined the freedom struggle at 13 &was sentenced to life imprisonment at 16."We r free people—the White should not rule over us.”Thus calling out to her Zeliangrong tribesmen was the voice of 13yr-old Rani Gaidinliu.


She joined the freedom struggle in the present-day Northeast India. Today, her struggle is lost in history as most of her countrymen wouldn’t even have heard her name. B'coz our history textbooks tell us that only Mahatma Gandhi &Pandit Nehru got India its Independence.


At 16 yrs of age, this valiant girl was sentenced to life imprisonment for leading a movement to drive out the colonial rulers from Manipur and Nagaland. Nevertheless, she was released in 1947 after India’s independence and was given the title ,"Rani of Nagas".


EARLY LIFE AND HERAKA MOVEMENT

Gaidinliu belonged to the Rongmei clan of the Zeliangrong tribe in the Tamenglong district of western Manipur. Born on January 26, 1915, she was fifth among eight children.


Her native village was Nungkao, which is present day Tamenglong distt. Brought up in a specially backward region,she couldn't receive any formal education. However,this didn't stop her from joining the freedom struggle. At the age of 10 she came under the influence of her cousin.
