 1) Psychology Mistakes - Don't change your stand after entering a trade

Everyone think against his own trade after entering a trade.

- Don't move SL accept it
- Don't exit before SL hit

You analysis is💩 once you are in a trade and that will improve with time.
2) Position Size Mistakes - Don't enter with big quantity at once

Intraday is a game of small SL and you might hit SL even if your analysis is correct.

Give chart some space to move and let it take your SL of 1000 quantity but if it moves in your fav then increase it to 2-3k
3) Still want to take Big Position size ??

Only when SL is very tight -

1) Naukri - Explained in chart
2) Reversal Big Quantity explained in BNF
4) Time frame mistakes -

Many beginners only trade with 3-5 min TF

Dude you know nothing in 3-5 min TF, its like taking trades from ground floor and pro traders checking daily TF are at 5th floor.

5) Improve trades with EMAs magic -

Don't trade when EMAs are away

Trade when they are close

Trade always in direction of trend
6) Never go against Big candles Never ❌

Big candles with heavy volume are trend setters

and we are trend followers

Big green means long day and big red means short day
7) No assumptions in trading Seriously

- A stock at 5% up can do 10% and 20% also you never know

- Never limit yourself trading a stock at 5% up

- Similarly don't take assumptions that this stock move less or this one moves more

Every stock moves with volume and on some news
8) Follow the process, system and just don't loose Big

- You will hit 8/10 SL in starting
- This number will improve to 6/10 and gradually to 5-4/10

Let market take some money, don't mind but when it rewards you, make sure you don't exit early

You will loose everyday if holding OTM Option

2) Buy Horizontal chart and Enjoy Vertical move

3) Hedge Hedge Hedge

- Always hedge even if with distant option

- So hedge by selling any of next strikes and keep risk small

Some people really benefit from hearing advice that everyone knows, for the same reason we keep schools open despite every subject in them having been taught before.

In that spirit, here's some quick Things Many People Find Too Obvious To Have Told You Already.

Your idea is not valuable, at all. All value is in the execution. You think you are an exception; you are not. You should not insist on an NDA to talk about it; nobody serious will engage in contract review over an idea, and this will mark you as clueless.

Technologists tend to severely underestimate the difficulty and expense of creating software, especially at companies which do not have fully staffed industry leading engineering teams ("because software is so easy there, amirite guys?")

Charge more. Charge more still. Go on.

The press is a lossy and biased compression of events in the actual world, and is singularly consumed with its own rituals, status games, and incentives. The news necessarily fails to capture almost everything which happened yesterday. What it says is important usually isn't.

Companies find it incredibly hard to reliably staff positions with hard-working generalists who operate autonomously and have high risk tolerances. This is not the modal employee, including at places which are justifiably proud of the skill/diligence/etc of their employees.

Spent a quaint half hour in a cafe listening to a guy yell at his dad after his dad said that the women Trump molested wanted it: "Dad, that's like saying the Jews who died in the Holocaust were asking for it!" ENJOY YOUR TERRIBLE FAMILIES THIS WEEK!

"Mom, has a man ever touched you without your consent?"
"Of course."
"Did you report it?"
"No."
"Dad, your WIFE has been through this!"

Dad was unmoved and told the guy to stop arguing with him.

At this point we learned the boy child has allergies.

I forgot to remark upon the presence of the very cute grandson, who was very small and gave not one shit about the yelling. I believe a sister or aunt was present and feeling very stressed. I wanted to hand her a Xanax or seven.

It was really hard to not jump in and say, "Sounds like you guys are going to have a fun meal tomorrow!" so they could unite in hatred against me, the outsider, and stop squabbling. Instead I exchanged glances with a nearby fellow lady patron, who also emotionally ate a cookie.

Anyway, I want to thank the random family for yelling about rape and the Holocaust in an Israeli cafe in the US of A today because it reminded me that while this country isn't the greatest, it is inevitably my stupid favorite and I am never, ever bored.

1/ Someone emailed me asking how to break into VC, so I wanted to answer on Twitter where others could see and contribute to the conversation.

2/ “Being a VC” can mean a lot of different things, so it’s worth asking:

What actual activities do you want to do?

- Deep market analysis?
- Be in the flow of information and people?
- Make deals?
- Work closely w/ founders over time (e.g take board seats?)
- Manage capital?

3/ It’s worth specifying what type of VC you might like to become — as there are different archetypes. E.g.

- Benchmark (Lead series A/B - couple investments a year)
- First Round (Lead seed rounds, partner w/ a few companies a year)
- SV Angel (Make lots of seed investments)

4/ Continued:

Expa - Incubate companies

YC / Village Global - Build a platform to help entrepreneurs at scale

Do you want to join a firm or start one? There’s a lot to consider.

Different paths will require different skillsets & sets of experiences.

5/ Since the person who wrote the email is a young person trying to break into VC by joining a firm (and who doesn’t want to start a company), I’ll tailor this tweet storm to that goal. There’s some overlap.
