So on origin, itās getting a bit hard to keep up with all the rumours so here is where I think we are with this (correct me if I missed something)

Claiming origin.
Two ways for traders to claim origin under the EU-UK deal:
1⣠Self-certification by the exporter (standard) ā normally requires an authorisation, Iām hearing that might not be needed for UK-EU trade ā waiting for guidance or more info
/2
2⣠Self-certification by the importer (new(ish), in the EU-Japan deal and some continuity deals). UK importers have little experience with this one, but helpful guidance available given initial uncertainty around using this form of certification
/3
Retrospective claims.
For up to 3 years under each sideās domestic regulation ā conditions, circumstances to be determined by both sides.
Careful here cause you might be required to have a good justification for why it wasnāt submitted at the time of import. Guidance needed
/4
Additional easements
On the UK side, this is part of the 6 months phase-in periodā if youāre deferring a customs declaration youāre also deferring submitting an origin claim. If you're not deferring than origin documentation required at the time of import.

Brief rules of origin guidance now available - doesn't cover the easements or retrospective claims - just the basic information: the two ways of certifying origin under the UK-EU deal and how to put the claim through via CHIEF and CDS https://t.co/14Up1y44OI

Before discussing this company let us first understand the meaning and basic difference between some words which are often used interchangeably.
The need of such players arises as the R&D process to bring a product into market is expensive and time consuming.
On an average the R&D in pharma takes 14years with US$2.6Bn to bring a product to market with an overall success rate of ~4.1%
Even after investing substantial time and money, pharma companies are facing sustainability crisis due to dwindling ROI on R&D
Pharma companies invest around 15-20% of their revenues in R&D but in return the IIR < Cost of capital.
In 2020 it was expected to touch 0%

1. In Nov 2016 my mom was diagnosed w/#Dementia w/#AuditoryHallucinations. As she left our house at 12AM & wandered around our neighborhood, we had to put her in a #NursingHome. She was a very limited #EnglishSpeaker & very few of her caregivers spoke #Portuguese. She wasnāt used
2. to #AmericanFood. Throughout her life she cooked the food she started cooking at 7 in #Portugal. For these & so many other reasons, I visited my mom every day. I brought dinner for both of us & spent several hrs w/her. She had gotten used to the #Routine we had established...
3. in the 3 yrs she was in the NH. In her stage of #Dementia she was still aware of time & if I didnāt show up on time, she would become upset. The voices in her mind might tell her that I wasnāt w/her bc I had been murdered by my imaginary stalker. This was just one of many.....
4. scenarios my mother imagined. I like to say that she was living a soap opera in her mind for almost 4 yrs. And the soap opera was called Hell of a Nightmare! Imagine what happened once the NH went into #Lockdown & I couldnāt spend time w/her?
5. Unlike many we were #Fortunate to video chat almost every day. But her hearing issues made this very difficult! Imagine trying to explain what was happening on a video chat! Imagine the difficulty trying to comfort her when she was hallucinating while we were video chatting!
Complaining about 2020 has become a sport and the constant negativity is a spiral and people wallow in their imagined misery.

IMAGINE A FULL-TIME INCOME FROM WRITING 30 BLOG POSTS
I'm talking about niche blogging.
I've seen blogs about the sport pickleball, homemade kombucha, and even unicorns.
People can make enough money to quit their 9 to 5 job from one niche blog alone.
(Thread šā¬ļøā¬ļøā¬ļøš )
However, there are several problems. Two of them include:
1. Not everybody knows what to blog about.
2. Not everybody knows how to gain readers.
3. Not everybody knows how to monetise a blog.
Problem #1
When deciding on what to blog about it's worth exploring niches you are familiar with.
Avoid generic niches like "Pets" and instead go for a cross niche such as "Pythons" or "Parakeets".
Exploring problem #1 further
When choosing a domain name, avoid going too specific. For example, while a name like https://t.co/Ixb1shksNk is attractive, it could limit you. Instead, go for something that allows you to expand your niche later.
Continuing problem #1
Don't blog about generic subjects. For example "5 facts about Pythonides" is generic and not a question people with a python may be searching.
Instead, go to sites like Quora, find your niche and answer the questions being asked on your blog post.
