It revolves around my beef that Vote Leave Broke the Law in the Referendum - 2

 2/ The Electoral Commission investigated Vote Leave after a Complaint - they needed 3 x attempt before finding that Vote Leave had formed a company BeLeave with the specific intent to have extra spending of £700,000 in the last days of the run up to the Vote 3/
3/ Electoral Commission found Vote Leave had Broken Electoral Law which was their authority and fined V_L max Fine . E-C also found further "more serious offences" and as the Report states these were referred to Met Police for investigation 4/
4/ Take the Breaking Electoral Law = crime, as a group they agreed/took part in / Aided and Abetted the crime --

"an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime or to accomplish a legal purpose through illegal action"

Criminal Conspiracy - Electoral Law -- 5/
5/ The "Serious Offences" referred to the Met Police were ignored - 6 months -- then Met {Police sat on for 12 months - Peers X Party forced Met Police to pass the E-C Files of evidence of Serious Offences to the Crown Prosecutions -

Files so serious that will be the DPP. 6/
6/ So @eyejosh we have a situation, we are 5 years after the Serious Offences were committed -- they were found by the E-C and referred to Met Police = No action
Passed to Crown Prosecution Service = no action taken
Director of Public Prosecutions = no decision taken 7/
7/ It can be seen that 2.5 years has elapsed - from the evidence being referred to Met Police

These Files have not been placed in the Public Domain,

Vote Leave have not been Admonished - there has not

been any statement about the Offences/ or a Police investigation

8/ It can be seen in a Legal sense that the Serious Offences

committed by way of procuring the Referendum have not

been brought to a close by either Met Police or Crown

9/ If the Criminal actions procured the Referendum and Brexit, then IMO it can be seen that for 2.5 years the crimes of Vote Leave have been ongoing - Met Police/ CPS have not brought the crime to an end,

Now lets look at one fact- the E-C Report ..
10/ The Electoral Commission Reported to Parliament - it was part of the Duties of each MP to read the Report and know what had happened - Vote Leave Broke Electoral Law
MPs took no action- Official Opposition - No Action

Criminal Conspiracy - £450,000 overspend - nothing 11/
11/ It can be seen that whilst the Met Police/CPS have a Duty in Law in respect of alleged crimes - it is for Parliament to Oversee that duty - in particular in this case for the Official Opposition to have held the Met Police/CPS to account - 12/
12/ Failure or deliberate - it matters not, the fact remains that the Body Parliament - 600+ MPs had a duty as individuals and as the Body Politic to uphold the Law- 2.5 years, knowing that there were outstanding offences at the centre of Brexit Legislation is a major issue 13/
13/ Major Constitutional issue -

{Parliament has been dealing with legislation being presented to parliament by the people, who it is alleged committed serious offences, it can be seen that the Brexit legislation is part of the ongoing serious offences.

14/ It is absolutely clear the Met Police/Crown Prosecution Service have not brought any closure to the Vote Leave criminal Offences/actions which it is alleged took place involved in the Referendum - therefore the criminal actions to get Brexit must remain "ongoing" 15/

We’ve been getting calls and outreach from Queens residents all day about this.

The community’s response? Outrage.


Amazon is a billion-dollar company. The idea that it will receive hundreds of millions of dollars in tax breaks at a time when our subway is crumbling and our communities need MORE investment, not less, is extremely concerning to residents here.

When we talk about bringing jobs to the community, we need to dig deep:
- Has the company promised to hire in the existing community?
- What’s the quality of jobs + how many are promised? Are these jobs low-wage or high wage? Are there benefits? Can people collectively bargain?

Displacement is not community development. Investing in luxury condos is not the same thing as investing in people and families.

Shuffling working class people out of a community does not improve their quality of life.

We need to focus on good healthcare, living wages, affordable rent. Corporations that offer none of those things should be met w/ skepticism.

It’s possible to establish economic partnerships w/ real opportunities for working families, instead of a race-to-the-bottom competition.

That new attack piece about Seth Abramson is full of easily debunked false claims. Whenever the mainstream media gets annoyed at an indie pundit like Seth, it just publishes a bunch of bullshit about him, and most people mistakenly believe it. They've done the same thing to me.

The sad part is that when the author of that piece tried to smear a bunch of mainstream media journalists for daring to compare notes with him, they all responded by lying and said they've never compared notes with him. Even though Abramson has proof that they have.

This is the EXACT same strategy that certain mainstream media outlets used against me in 2017-2018. First they lied about me. Then they attacked my mainstream media associates for associating with a "fake news" pundit like me. Then some in the media felt compelled to disown me.

Sadly, it didn't matter that I had overwhelming proof that everything said about me in those attack pieces was false. When you defend yourself, no matter how factually, the average observer merely decides you're being "defensive" and therefore guilty as charged.

Ask yourself why the mainstream media is choosing now to dishonestly attack Abramson. The media's ratings are way down now that Trump is gone. Abramson presumably still has his entire niche audience intact. So the media gets jealous and takes it out on him.

Many pentests start from the outside, wanting to see how the perimeter might be breached.

This pentest started from the inside. My client wanted to assume they had already been breached, and, if breached, how far could an attacker go.

Could they stop me once I was inside?

So they snuck me in. Disguised me as a new employee. Gave me a work computer, an ID badge, an account in their system... hell, I even had a cubicle w/my assumed name on it.

The only person who knew who I really was was their CISO. Everyone else thought I was Jeremy in Marketing.

During most of the first morning, I completed onboarding, made introductions, and completed menial tasks.

But I had to act quick. I only had a week onsite. I had to hack their network while not raising suspicion.

So I set about it.

You have to understand... most "Internal Pentests" are straight forward. The hard part is breaching the network, but once you're inside, it's a target rich environment. End of Life computers, default passwords, everyone a Local Administrator...

An irony of facebook's situation.

Sheryl got her MBA at Harvard. One of the most famous cases (Extra Strength Tylenol) in one of the most famous classes (Business History) she took: in 1982, someone put cyanide in Extra Strength Tylenol capsules and killed 7 people in Chicago.

What do you do when someone turns your product into a weapon? When they use the system you built to harm? James Burke, CEO of J&J, was shockingly open with the public, he pulled the product and made significant packaging changes to make product safer (but not tamper-proof).

He over-shared every step along the way re investigation, redesign, stood up as both CEO and human. The reintroduction of new Extra Strength Tylenol succeeded. Burke saved the brand.

But four years later it happened again. A killer put cyanide in the capsules, this time a woman in Yonkers died. Same CEO, Burke, pulled the product again, completely changed the form factor from capsule to caplet and relaunched *again*. It worked *again*. How'd they do that?

Burke (CEO) tapped J&Js goodwill bank account w/ the public. Two big withdrawals from that bank account in four years + 8 dead bodies! But his honesty, openness, humanity (choked up about the deaths more than once), humility kept the goodwill bank balance positive the whole time.
