All 3 are Democrat Strong Holds. And Joe Biden did as well as Hillary did in 2016.

In sum Florida was the Deep States Ah ha moment. Trump was still going to lose those Democrat strong Holds. But his vote gain inside them was to big for the 'Red Area Steal" to cover it
