It’s almost 2 months since #WarOnTigray was waged. Since then, much of #Tigray has been under a complete blockade of all life supporting services, including medicine, food, & access to cash. 1/17

It’s also almost a month into an agreement for ‘unimpeded’ humanitarian access to #Tigray the #AbiyAhmed regime signed with the @UN. Yet, even a needs assessment is not conducted to date. 2/17



In the meantime, people are actually dying of hunger in #Tigray. These past 2 days, I had calls with some people that made it to #Mekelle from Wukro, Edagahamus, Abi-Adi & Hagereselam and environs. The stories are similar and harrowing. Words cannot express the desperation. 3/17

On top of existing poverty in #Tigray, production was particularly hit this season owing to an invasive locust & #COVID-19. Worse yet, the war came at a time when whatever is left could be collected. More than a million are internally displaced. 4/17

Multiple fundamental parameters however we cannot be rigid on any of these parameters.

Be flexible to interpret things from bigger picture point of view.

Input 1 ~ No doubt on business survival

Come whatever event (health crisis, economic bubbles, economic recessions, political events, etc.), there should not be any doubt on business survival.

Earlier it used to be only food companies into this category, but now there are many.

Input 2 ~ Visible & sustainable growth potential

At any point of time, we can think with a certain common sense approach that if management wants, there can be a sustainable growth at any point of time.

Obviously this growth may come thru innovation, optimization, etc.

Input 3 ~ Management has vision towards growth

Management should be forward looking, should be able to read into future to build right growth avenues, should be considerate towards every stakeholder.

In addition management should be ethical & should have good social image too.

Input 4 ~ Promoter stake

There should be a reasonable skin in the game from promoter.

If in case there is a low promoter stake, then promoter should increase stake at every possible opportunity.

Also pledging should either be zero or minimal.

We're looking at "book votes." That is, people who are marked as having voted in the voter rolls. This is how Floyd County was detected - you had an excess of voters in the book vs. what was recorded on machines.

Jan 5th I mapped the book votes visually at a precinct level and found curious correlations that bears public scrutiny.

Screencaps are not from a public site, but underlying data given is real, public, and verifiable.

We'll be taking a precinct-by-precinct look at Fulton county excess votes. Excess meaning more recorded votes than book.

Fulton has 10K+ excess votes. This has been blamed on stale record keeping. At a precinct level, there are 14700 "excess" votes and 3900 "missing" votes.

This is a precinct map of Fulton County. There'll be a lot of data, so refer to these maps over and over until you understand. Here, the red and yellow/orange areas are where the most excess votes are (by ratio).

And for background context - this is a map showing where Trump votes are. This is a *relative* coloring not an absolute coloring (otherwise it'd be all blue). Fulton is strongly Democratic so the red areas are actually like 55% Trump at best whereas the blue areas are <5% Trump.
