We had a really good year at

so I'm very happy to share with you. Our numbers from 1st January 2020 to 1st January 2021.

1. Volumes. We processed a total of $39,953,115 in 2020. This total came from an addition of $18,872,474 (in deposits)...

 + $17,890,807 (in payouts) + $3,189,834 (internal peer-to-peer transfers). These volumes are from self-determined, autonomous [successful] transactions that users initiated and performed themselves. We did NOT count system transactions that users did not initiate.
Compare that to the $974,864 we processed in 2019.
2. Transactions. We processed a total of 268,430 individual [successful] transactions. These numbers are from self-determined, autonomous transactions that users initiated and performed themselves. We did NOT count system transactions that users did not initiate.
Of the said successful transactions, 21,418 were internal peer-to-peer [successful] transactions. The rest are a combination of deposit and payout transactions. Compare that to the 4,832 [successful] transactions we did in 2019.
3. Users. As of this morning, we have 95,509 registered users; more than 95% of these users came in 2020. In 2020, 16,507 individual users made at least one successful transaction.
Over 40,000 users verified their phone numbers and almost 16,000 people verified their identity with a national ID.
4. Balances. 11,142 users currently have some money on the app, waiting to use it on any of our many features.
5. Revenue. We collected $1,027,583 in fees in 2020 as compared to $329 (yes) in fees in 2019. This number is NOT our take-home profit. After expenses and payments to our other third-parties are done, what we're left with (net profit) is significantly much less.
The best part about this particular metric is that it has helped us remain technically profitable and cash flow positive for every single month of 2020.
6. At the start of 2020 (in January), my team and I said that if by the end of the year, we could get 20,000 users and process $10,000,000 in transactions, we would be very happy and would have hit a moonshot. Safe to say we far exceeded our own expectations.
7. These numbers are self-reported, but apart from our internal peer-to-peer transactions and volumes, there is an additional receipt of every single one of our transactions in the databases of their-party platforms like

...and its equivalent for the other currencies we serve. This makes transparency much easier.
8. In 2020, we processed the numbers above, signed

as ambassadors. We also got the opportunity to invite
@davido, @asaasika and @Prince_II
as shareholders.

9. 9. For 2021, we want to raise our Series A, get our own licenses in all the markets we operate, start our internship program for the design and tech communities and provide more features in our app to expand our reach in and beyond fin-tech.
We will also redesign our app and make sure we increase our uptimes and fix all bugs users experience. And please tell Davido to stop crushing our app every time he does a giveaway Face with tears of joy.
10. If we’re able to repeat these numbers, I’ll be so happy. Just hope we’re all there to see that happen. If you’re a young developer out there, please go and build your dreams. I can’t believe we came this far so quickly. Just look where we were exactly a year ago.

1/ ETH reached 18-month low today and there is this narrative that the price of is dropping because ICOs are liquidating their treasuries. Well, it’s completely wrong. Let’s look at the data!

2/ The sum of ETH holdings of ICO treasuries is now a little over 3.57M ETH (3.5% of supply). In April, the treasuries held 4.65 million ETH (4.5% of supply) indicating that they likely liquidated (or moved) about 23% since then.

3/ Despite the decline in ETH price, the selloff hasn’t been as drastic as many analysts anticipated. In the past two months, treasuries of projects that held ICOs liquidated (or moved) 172,00 ETH, or ~4.6% of total holdings.

4/ The most aggressive sellers were Status, district0x and Tierion (in order), which sold (or moved) nearly 55,000 ETH combined since September 9. Out of the 57 companies I tracked, 50% didn’t touch any of the ETH in their treasuries.


5/ At least 11 ICOs currently have a smaller “market capitalization” than the amount that they hold in their ETH treasuries alone (see table below).

🔹What are Non-Fungible-Tokens (NFTs)?

NFTs are crypto tokens that represent something unique. They are not mutually interchangeable.

This means that one NFT is not the same as the other.

Unlike for example Bitcoin, where each satoshi is exactly the same as the other.

These NFTs exist on the Ethereum Blockchain. Instead of ERC-20 tokens, we call these NFTs: ERC-721 or ERC-1155 tokens.


Each of these NFTs have an unique ID that seperates them.

For example, The Hashmask with ID #6718 is completely different than the Hashmask with ID #9939.

Different visually as well as the ID on the blockchain.

Prepare For The Biggest Bull Run In Crypto EVER.

I made some charts explaining the long term trend of #Ethereum and how identical it is to the early #Bitcoin cycles.

It's very obvious what's happening and has been in the charts for months.

I call this pattern the, "4 Year Bowl."

New years are a time of market shifts both bullish and bearish. Each cycle goes through 4 years of this rounded accumulation pattern. After year 4 we start 1 year of parabolic rise.


When you take a look at the same principle with the last #Bitcoin cycle you get almost the exact same outcome. Only difference is Bitcoin usually tops at the first of December and not January.

The 4 Year Bowl is identical with Ethereum and Bitcoin


When you lay them side by side you get a pretty insane correlation. The fact $ETH accumulated for 2 years at that range low makes me feel as if the parabolic rise will happen faster than everyone thought.

Look how identical it is to the last $BTC cycle. Who could argue against?

So... How does "4 Year Cycle Theory" work?

Measure from peak low to peak low. Each cycle equals 4 years in distance.

On the importance of leverage for the crypto ecosystem.
A long time ago, BNP Paribas bought a retail forex exchange, because they thought they'd get an insight into forex trading flows and positions. What they quickly discovered, is that the website was a muppet slaughterhouse.


People would get stopped out ALL THE TIME because they used too much leverage. Over 90% of them lost money in a consistent way. Those are worse than even casino odds.
That's why around 2005, you had so many forex trading websites popping up. They would offer up to 500x leverage.

The higher the leverage, the better (for the website).
This became such a huge trend that regulators stepped in, and introduced maximum leverage rules. Something like x30 for forex, if I remember correctly. All of a sudden, all the ads and Premier League sponsorships vanished.

Forex gambling is still around, but not nearly as profitable, because it takes time for people to lose their money with a pitiful x30 leverage. Currencies usually don't move by 3% in a day. It can take weeks for an amateur trader to lose it all. Plus the adrenaline rush is gone.

Enter crypto.
It's hard to explain how one-sided leveraged crypto trading is. Traders don't stand a chance. With currencies, you could expect to extract SOME money from real world flows. In crypto, there are no real world flows. It's just traders against traders against insiders.

Scathing comments on Crypto from Mr Rabi Shankar - Deputy Governor, RBI.

1) On crypto being treated as a currency:
"Currency always has an issuer, usually a trusted entity like the sovereign. Even when gold is used as a currency, the gold coins had to be issued by a sovereign.

Secondly, historically, a currency has always been either a commodity with intrinsic value or a debt instrument. Cryptocurrencies do not conform
to this understanding as they do not have an issuer, they are not an instrument of debt/commodities nor do have any intrinsic value.

Currency needs trust, not everything that can be trusted is a currency. So even if technology (as
in a blockchain) provides the trust for cryptocurrencies, they can at best perform the role of a currency within the private and closed environment of that cryptocurrency.

They do not, and should not, automatically become a currency for the larger society "

2) On crypto being treated as a financial asset : "This is also problematic because all financial assets have underlying cash flows and need to be some person’s liability.

4/ Each era has added more value than the last, and utilized technology innovations, from internet to social / "read/write web" to mobile. The "Unbundling Craigslist" era was particularly epic at generating startup ideas


5/ The problem is, all the low-hanging fruit has been picked off. The techniques that got us to here won't get us to the next phase. So we have to do some pretty different things. That's why "Managed Marketplaces" have been a big deal - hire folks as W-2s, certify quality, etc.

Satyabhama, royal princess was very proud of herself. Rukmini was very humble, her devotion was pure to Shri Krishna.


One day, Rishi Narada( Kalahapriya) arrived in Dwaraka and met Sathyabhama. In between the conversation he hinted that Krishna exhibits affection more to Rukmini than her. Worried Sathyabhama asked what can should be done to gain Krishna's undivided attention.

Narada asked Satyabhama to make a vow, that she will hand over Krishna to him as a slave, if she cannot trade wealth equivalent to Krishna's weight. Narada thus convinces Sathyabhama that Krishna will admire her for sacrificing all her wealth for him.


Sathyabhama was sure that she have enough wealth to balance Krishna.

She went to Krishna and told about her vow to Narada. Krishna patiently listened to her and accepted the challenge. Satyabhama arranged to bring large scales to weigh and brought all her precious jewels.


Krishna patiently sat on one plate of the Scales (tula). Sathyabhama started piling up the gold, jewels on the other plate. She kept adding more and more wealth, but the pan with Krishna did not even budge. Even after keeping all her jewels the scale did not move a little

It was Ved Vyas who edited the eighteen thousand shlokas of Bhagwat. This book destroys all your sins. It has twelve parts which are like kalpvraksh.

In the first skandh, the importance of Vedvyas


and characters of Pandavas are described by the dialogues between Suutji and Shaunakji. Then there is the story of Parikshit.
Next there is a Brahm Narad dialogue describing the avtaar of Bhagwan. Then the characteristics of Puraan are mentioned.

In the last few months we've become a huge part of this amazing new Maker community and have found so many new friends from @makerskitchen, @women_make_ and several others! 🥰

We love travelling together (even if I'm only a glorified laptop watcher 😒) but we're both much happier being able to share our ideas outside of our own little bubble and our products have benefitted too!
