Yes there is an ignorant part of me that loved both Chief Wahoo and the "Indians" name. Growing up as a kid watching Major League, it was cool.

The name change for the Cleveland "Indians" is however long overdue, a great step towards progression regarding how Native Americans and their cultures are perceived in the U.S. and the wider world and I applaud Cleveland's acceptance of this.
