I have a confession to make to the community. This may be a long thread and I absolutely hope that it is read and processed and taken with the seriousness and consideration its contents demand.

During the very early hours of Monday morning, at the unhoused camp at 29th & Arkins, there was an incident in an RV that was parked on the side of the road. Said RV had been used through the night by my then-AG as a base of sorts and for warmth between patrols and preparations.

Our objective had been to provide support to the unhoused there while bolstering the defences of the camp in the leadup to the sweep—and this did happen without incident or deficiency, albeit there were not enough people present come the sweep itself to deter DPD.

However, during downtime in the RV, I engaged sexually with others in the AG both visibly and opportunistically after flirtatious ideas were thrown out with regards to treating the RV as a sort of party van, despite its purpose as a supply point for protestors and the unhoused.

Further, this occurred in the presence of a resting, non-participating, and non-consenting comrade. I and the others made no attempts to seek their consent. Further, predatory things were said *about* this comrade in a conversation between myself and another of the participants.

Giant, Safeway, and Kroger reported 228 positive COVID-19 cases in November, which is more than double the number of cases they reported in April and 42% higher than October's case count. None of these companies are paying hazard pay.

I've spent the last few months reporting this piece about Pornhub. What most people don't realize is that it's infested with rape videos. I talked to child trafficking survivors whose rape videos the company had distributed and monetized. Unconscionable:

I owe a special thanks to so many young women and men who shared humiliating stories and documentation to spare other kids what they went through. Brava to Serena Fleites, whose photo runs with the piece; at 14, her life was upended by naked videos on Pornhub.

Let's be clear: The issue is not porn, it's rape. Just as the problem with Harvey Weinstein or Bill Cosby wasn't the sex but the lack of consent, it's the same with Pornhub. Search "13yo" on Pornhub, and you get more than 100,000 videos. There are playlists called Under Age.

A special question for Canada, because Pornhub is based in Montreal. Prime Minister @JustinTrudeau, you are rightly proud of your reputation as a feminist. So why does Canada host a company that inflicts rape videos on the world?

It's not just Pornhub, of course. Companies have enjoyed impunity, so even as we prosecuted individuals like Jeffrey Epstein we allowed corporations like Mindgeek (which owns Pornhub) to monetize rape videos. Pornhub is Jeffrey Epstein times 1,000.
