1. Make a Pvt Ltd Company.

Form a company with family members and trade under it.

The family members should be directors of the company. Will explain why later.

Why form a company?

You will only need to pay 25% flat tax.

Individuals have to pay 30% tax above 10 lakh profits.

2. Surcharge Benefits:

You will be charged a lower surcharge in a corporate account.

Total Tax Outlay:

The total tax outlay for individuals is 30% plus surcharge.

If you really earn a lot (10 cr +) then you will be paying 42% tax.

Whereas in a company you'll be paying a maximum of 28% tax.

This is how rich people save a lot of their money by paying low taxes.

Low VIX doesn't necessarily mean ideal time for option buyers. If premiums aren't falling consistently during the day in low VIX, it usually gives those small delta & IV spikes, just enough to irritate both option buyers & sellers. Same happens when VIX is ultra high.

A: It usually happens when there is big difference between spot & future.

3. What are the preconditions to start option Selling:

You should know technical Analysis basics like:
- Support/Resistance
- Chart Patterns
- Candle Patterns
- Dow Theory (HH, LL)

This will help you start taking high probability trades.

4. Risk Management is a must for option selling

If you don't learn to manage your risk, making money in trading is going to be an extremely difficult endeavor

1. Risk no more than 0.25% per trade as a beginner
2. Risk no more than 2% in a day for the first year

HOW TO ADJUST A SHORT STRANGLE?

Gone are those days where a short strangle used to expire worthless without any adjustments.

Adjustments are a must when your initial view goes wrong which it will.

Listing down all the ways to adjust a short strangle WITH EXAMPLES below.


1: Rolling up/down:

If you've sold a short strangle and one side premium spikes, you can book the profitable side and roll it up to match the premium of the other side.

eg: If you've sold a 60rs call and a 60rs put. If the 60rs call goes to 100. Then book profits in put and sell a 100 pt put.

This is the most basic way of adjustment.

2: Rolling the losing side:

It's very similar to the above adjustment however, we will consider shifting the losing side instead of profitable side.

eg: If you've sold 50pt call and 50pt put. If the 50pt put spikes up and goes to 120. Sometimes, I wouldn't want to sell a 120 pt call.

Hence, I simply book loss in the put and sell a new put worth 50pts which is farther away from the previous put.

One of call or put at ATM is going to go to zero.

Whichever is moving rapidly has a higher probability of going ATM/ITM. Sell the slower

2. How to trade a big gap up on expiry day?

If market bias is bullish and a gap up happens, it comes for selling.

Can buy puts at the breakout of an inside candle as the market has a good probability of at least heading towards the previous day's

3. How to trade in Bank Nifty if it has already moves 160 points from its high to low by 11:30? @ThetaGainers

Sell near otms with double stop loss.

Avoid if stuck in a very small range.

Again sharing bank nifty intraday weekly straddle. How to play by selling straddle.
Mostly will work on Monday to Wednesday. Sometimes on Friday.
Why to pay your money to learn this if u can get it here.
U need only practice.
Let’s go.

Say bank nifty future is at 32000.
Sell both 32000 call and put.
Considering current volatile market lest say premium on Monday morning is 350 on both sides.
Sold with 700 points combine premium.
If bank nifty will trade in narrow range say +\- 100 hold it.
If moving 200 points

then exit previous sold straddle. Sell new one. Let’s say BN moved +200
Now sell 32200. If bank nifty will move here within range then u will get profit through theta decay. Follow same procedure for next 150-200 pts move.

This is only for single straddle sell position.

Now in second case sell three straddle. 31900/32000/32100
In case of 100 points move no need to change.
If 200 + then future is 32200.
Exit 31900 and sell 31200 straddle.
If moving another 100 then exit 32000 and sell 32300. Continue same with 100 points move.
If no move then

it will consolidate between 32000-32200 or 32100 to 32300 and u will get theta decay.

This is for normal move. Sudden big move may come anytime. So keep SL in system.
If u r selling at 350-350 then keep SL in system 475 for both legs.
Practice it. No need to attend webinar.

Neyyattinkara Krishna Kshetram is considered as the Guruvayur of Trivandrum. Thrikkayyil Venna (butter) is main offering to Neyyattinkara Unnikannan. Kshetram is supposed to be built by Marthanda Varma.


Sthala Puranam says that, Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma was surrounded by his enemies, Ettuveettil Pillamar, while he was near the place where Temple is situated now. The king prayed to Padmanabhaswamy to protect him.  At that time, a small boy was seen there and he


advised the king to hide himself inside the hollow trunk of a jack fruit tree. The king was surprised to find a small boy in the forest, but agreed to the advice
Thus he was saved from the attack. When the enemies left, king tried to know about the boy, but he couldn't.


He believed that it was krishna himself who saved his life. A temple was built here, which is the present Neyyattinkara Krishna Kshetram. The jack fruit tree where  the king hid himself is now known as Ammachi Plavu. Ashtami Rohini, Vishu are very famous here

महर्षि कश्यप की तेरह पत्नियां थीं।लेकिन विनता व कद्रु नामक अपनी दो पत्नियों से उन्हे विशेष लगाव था।एक दिन महर्षि आनन्दभाव में बैठे थे कि तभी वे दोनों उनके समीप आकर उनके पैर दबाने लगी।


प्रसन्न होकर महर्षि कश्यप बोले,"मुझे तुम दोनों से विशेष लगाव है, इसलिए यदि तुम्हारी कोई विशेष इच्छा हो तो मुझे बताओ। मैं उसे अवश्य पूरा करूंगा ।"

कद्रू बोली,"स्वामी! मेरी इच्छा है कि मैं हज़ार पुत्रों की मां बनूंगी।"
विनता बोली,"स्वामी! मुझे केवल एक पुत्र की मां बनना है जो इतना बलवान हो की कद्रू के हज़ार पुत्रों पर भारी पड़े।"
महर्षि बोले,"शीघ्र ही मैं यज्ञ करूंगा और यज्ञ के उपरांत तुम दोनो की इच्छाएं अवश्य पूर्ण होंगी"।


महर्षि ने यज्ञ किया,विनता व कद्रू को आशीर्वाद देकर तपस्या करने चले गए। कुछ काल पश्चात कद्रू ने हज़ार अंडों से काले सर्पों को जन्म दिया व विनता ने एक अंडे से तेजस्वी बालक को जन्म दिया जिसका नाम गरूड़ रखा।जैसे जैसे समय बीता गरुड़ बलवान होता गया और कद्रू के पुत्रों पर भारी पड़ने लगा


परिणामस्वरूप दिन प्रतिदिन कद्रू व विनता के सम्बंधों में कटुता बढ़ती गयी।एकदिन जब दोनो भ्रमण कर रहीं थी तब कद्रू ने दूर खड़े सफेद घोड़े को देख कर कहा,"बता सकती हो विनता!दूर खड़ा वो घोड़ा किस रंग का है?"
विनता बोली,"सफेद रंग का"।
तो कद्रू बोली,"शर्त लगाती हो? इसकी पूँछ तो काली है"।
