 To start with, James Olubayi is known as a Stauch Christian and a church elder but even Osama worshipped.
James Olubayi is among the first Kenyan actuarial fellows and the head of an insurance cartel in Kenya, He once worked for Government.
James Olubayi owns pioneer through a proxy his brother being in the board
James Olubayi operates as a scammer and moonlights government parastatals and institutions influencing tenders.
James Olubayi’s Modus Operandi involves calling, sponsoring media stories and even using state agencies to fight competitors.
Olubayi has pocketed the Retirement Benefits Authority and uses the Authority to fight competitors.
Olubayi has been laundering his money into the real-estate sector just like other thieves stealing from the public and private sector.
At one time, it was revealed that his briefcase company, retirement schemes administrator, Zamara was among those companies that were being favoured in a Kenya Pipeline deal.

Interestingly, James Olubayi doubles up as UBA Bank Chairman
At UBA Bank, Olubai has masterminded many scandals and was among the key personalities that forced Isaac Mwige, the chief executive of UBA Kenya, to leave the bank after four years on the job.
The bank has always been in the news for loans it advanced to companies that later defaulted after a mix of losses, heavy debt burden and mismanagement.
UBA is among a group of banks that advanced loans to Nakumatt Holdings, Uchumi Supermarkets and Deacons East Africa. All defaulted on their loans and later collapsed or gone into administration.
As the chair of UBA bank, Olubai should have resigned but being a hard-core criminal, Olubai knows how to shift blame to others and act like a saved man yet he is a white-collar corporate thief.
But we digress...
A brief on how he looted from Kenya Pipeline.
In April 2019, the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) invited firms to bid for the provision of insurance brokerage services for 3 years.
Olubayi arm-twisted KPC management, which has widely been exposed as corrupt, to shortlist some few firms including his, Zamara, for the Sh200 million tender.
The billionaire thief Olubayi colluded with KPC managers to raise the threshold for turnover for bidding firms to Sh500 million in order to lock others out.
Zamara is said to have been in a tight financial position, a debt to the tune of Sh125 million when the KPC deal mentioned above was hatched.
Then boom! They build a mall...
Olubayi’s shadow control has also infiltrated NHIF where the national health insurer plays to his tune.

Cutting up the information about the story to "inject" an emotional state about something else, is to guide the emotion that was created by the first part of the story towards [x] and move it to something else [y].

Now the seeds of doubt have been planted and your emotion is redirected away from the subject of the story, we make the comparison between diamonds and tax, when you are in this emotional state the comparison is easier to suggest, this article is misdirection + programming.

Corruption doesn't start at the public purse. It starts at the basic idea that people can be stupidly rich from no work of their own, but of others.

So until we deal with the monstrosity of the title deed, we will not fundamentally address corruption in Kenya.

That system of stealing people's work starts with the title deed.

What is a title deed? It is not the land. It is the legitimacy of her majesty the queen to own and decide what happens with land.

When someone has a title deed, they are saying that the queen has allowed them to use that land mentioned in the deed, and that the queen is committed to using force to validate that deed.

The problem is, who gave the queen the authority to guarantee use of the land?

The only way she got is is through stealth. Or what others politely call "enclosure."

What is an enclosure, and why is it a form of corruption?

Imagine we are that romantic non-colonized village that our elites like to con us about. We live next to a forest. The forest provides our food, fuel, building materials and trade. And through our culture and rituals, we replenish the forest, hold it sacred and protect it.

It IS 3D printed, because injection molding is orders of magnitude more expensive for the initial tooling, and I am still making small revisions to the enclosures.

Injection molded plastics are a six thousand dollar commitment for fifteen cent parts. Great for mass mfg.

Also, if you didn't know, 3D printing technology allows for some shapes which would be difficult, expensive, or impossible on injection molding or milled parts!!

Undercuts, which I use in this design, require special lifters to mold that cost a tremendous fortune.

This is a beautiful story of Guruvayurappan. Once there lived in Guruvayur a poor family. Kitta, his wife & kids were struggling for their daily needs. With only a coconut tree in house, he earned a living by selling coconuts.


Kitta was from a low caste family. He was a great devotee of Guruvayurappan. Everyday before going to work he always prayed infront of a picture of Guruvayurappan in his house. His only wish was to worship at Guruvayur & have annadanam in temple. But he was not allowed there


It was Utsavam time in Guruvayur. From far behind kitta and family worshipped Guruvayurappan. Annadanam was given daily and no one was left empty stomach. Only Kitta didn't receive. That night, it was only Kitta's family who was sleeping without food. After temple nada closed


Shri Krishna, dressed himself as a Brahmin went to temple Kitchen. He packed food and went directly to kitta's house. Reaching Kitta's house, Shri Krishna told he was sent by a cook of Guruvayur temple and gave them the food he packed. Kitta and family was very happy seeing food.


When Kitta finished his food, Brahmin asked it will be better if he get a tender coconut( karikku)to drink. Kitta climbed the tree and gave all coconuts to him. After having 1 tender coconut, the Brahmin asked to bring remaining coconuts to Guruvayur temple the next day.
