@cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks Daniel, we all saw election fraud on election night. It was televised, reported on, and then dismissed. And much UNDISPUTED, like the following:
It comprised clear violations of state election laws.

@Danny1011 @cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks 1. law mandated election observers were kept from:
a. entering the voting/counting areas
b. being close enough to view the ballots & do their job
i. checking signatures
ii. verifying recopied ballots were copied correctly
@Danny1011 @cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks iii. ensuring voter was a registered voter
iv. ensuring voter ID laws were followed
c. registering their contests against ballots
d. remaining in counting areas during the entire counting process
@Danny1011 @cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks 2. states allowed violations of their election laws in handling ballots (undisputed)
a. curing ballots (equal protection issue as well as violation of election law)
b. filling in envelopes against election law
@Danny1011 @cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks c. sending out ballots without having cleared (as required by court order) registrations of dead, moved, illegal registered voters.
d. much reduced scrutiny of signatures (the stats are public knowledge)
@Danny1011 @cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks None of these delves into the disputed items, which discovery would reveal. Some discovery has happened and it HAS revealed problems whenever transparent discovery has occurred.
@Danny1011 @cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks So, no, Biden did not receive 8 million more votes nationwide, and he may very well have actually lost the election. What we all want is what you should want:

fair, legal, honest, and transparent elections

what happened here would make any dictator proud
@Danny1011 @cimuitjebbes @RepMoBrooks shame on you if you read this and can't admit that if your candidate lost under these circumstances you would also want scrutiny of the election and independent verification before you conceded

seriously

“We don’t negotiate salaries” is a negotiation tactic.

Always. No, your company is not an exception.

A tactic I don’t appreciate at all because of how unfairly it penalizes low-leverage, junior employees, and those loyal enough not to question it, but that’s negotiation for you after all. Weaponized information asymmetry.

And by the way, you should never be worried that an offer would be withdrawn if you politely negotiate.

I have seen this happen *extremely* rarely, mostly to women, and anyway is a giant red flag. It suggests you probably didn’t want to work there.

You wish there was no negotiating so it would all be more fair? I feel you, but it’s not happening.

Instead, negotiate hard, use your privilege, and then go and share numbers with your underrepresented and underpaid colleagues. […]
