*Adv Sh Ashwini Upadhyay filed a PIL against religious conversions by deceit, force or allurement in Supreme Court*

The lawyers appearing against the petition to make a law to stop conversions is as below.

1.*Sr. Adv Dushyant Dave*(Twice President of Supreme Court Bar

Association)

2.*Sr. Adv Raju Ramachandran*(Former Additional Solicitor General)

3.*Sr. Adv Chandra Uday Singh*(Designated Senior Advocate)

4.*Sr. Adv Sanjay Hegde*(Himself a converted Christian, Was appointed interlocutor by Supreme Court in Shaheen Bagh case)
5.*Sr. Rebecca John*(Often appears in famous cases)

6.*Sr. Vrinda Grover*(Appeared for Parliament attack accused SAR Geelani)

7.*Sr. Adv Indira Jaisingh* (Famous Lawyer, Her NGO's FCRA licence was suspended for violations, Padma Shree Awardee)

8.*Sr. Adv Huzefa
Ahmadi*(Sr Advocate, son for former Chief Justice of India A M Ahmadi)

All 8 are designated senior advocates of Supreme Court. *4 are appearing for Muslim organisations and 4 are appearing for Christian organisations*.You can check the per appearance fees for designated senior
lawyers in Supreme Court.

Against them the sole Petitioner who is working for years freely dedicating his life is
*ADVOCATE ASHWINI UPADHYAY*

Please think why 8 eminent and expensive lawyers have been arranged by Christians and Muslims to oppose any law to stop religious
conversions by unfair means.

Religious conversions is a big business. Estimated funding from Gulf Countries is Rs 50,000 crores and from western countries is another Rs 50,000 Cr

Is it not wonder that for saving Hindus their is only one lawyer in India appearing free while to
convert Hindus their are already 8 eminent lawyers. ??

*There are thousands of capable Hindu lawyers, big and rich Hindu organisations but no one is coming forward to intervene in the petition from Hindu side*

What wealth you are accumulating will create danger to life in
future for coming generation as in the past India was looted, women captured and converted by invaders. This time the invasion will be by VOTING as their numbers grow.

Wake up ..... Bharatians. There are Stooges who compromise their DNA even their grandfather's will not forgive

Unfortunately the "This work includes the identification of viral sequences in bat samples, and has resulted in the isolation of three bat SARS-related coronaviruses that are now used as reagents to test therapeutics and vaccines." were BEFORE the

chimeric infectious clone grants were there.https://t.co/DAArwFkz6v is in 2017, Rs4231.
https://t.co/UgXygDjYbW is in 2016, RsSHC014 and RsWIV16.
https://t.co/krO69CsJ94 is in 2013, RsWIV1. notice that this is before the beginning of the project

starting in 2016. Also remember that they told about only 3 isolates/live viruses. RsSHC014 is a live infectious clone that is just as alive as those other "Isolates".

P.D. somehow is able to use funds that he have yet recieved yet, and send results and sequences from late 2019 back in time into 2015,2013 and 2016!

“We don’t negotiate salaries” is a negotiation tactic.

Always. No, your company is not an exception.

A tactic I don’t appreciate at all because of how unfairly it penalizes low-leverage, junior employees, and those loyal enough not to question it, but that’s negotiation for you after all. Weaponized information asymmetry.

Listen to Aditya

And by the way, you should never be worried that an offer would be withdrawn if you politely negotiate.

I have seen this happen *extremely* rarely, mostly to women, and anyway is a giant red flag. It suggests you probably didn’t want to work there.

You wish there was no negotiating so it would all be more fair? I feel you, but it’s not happening.

Instead, negotiate hard, use your privilege, and then go and share numbers with your underrepresented and underpaid colleagues. […]
