#DismantlingGlobalHindutva conference claim they are against Hindutva not Hinduism at large.

This claim is far from truth.

Our probe finds startling mismatch between their words & actions.

A Thread 🧵 (Read the blog to know more)

Let us look at some of the anti-Hindu comments made by DGH panelists.

Akanksha Mehta: "I emphasize, without hesitation, that Hindutva is inseparable from Hinduism. And arguments that Hindutva is not Hinduism is deeply dangerous and will not lead us to the future we want" (2/n)
Dr Shana Sippy: "Hindutva is a form of Hinduism. There is no way to dismantle Hindutva if you are going to ignore the Hinduism of it."
(3/n)
Panelist Meera Nanda openly vilified Ayurveda and other Indian medicine system and termed them as Hindutva jingoism. (4/n)
Another panelist Joseph Alter termed Mahatma Gandhi as a fundamentalist. The panel did not spare the stalwarts like Vivekananda, Dayananda Saraswati etc. (5/n)
Modus operandi of DGH Conference:
Attack secular practices like Ayurveda, vilify stalwarts like Gandhi & Vivekananda
Then hide behind the mask of dismantling Hindutva

Its time to expose their doublespeak. They cannot be allowed to display their hatred unchecked!

Arise! (6/6)
