Criteria to check for investing in SmallCap business for Long Term 👇

1. Management (CG & Capability)
2. Market Leader
3. Capital Allocation
4. Size of Opportunity

Investing in SmallCaps can lead to huge wealth creation but not all SmallCap businesses are worth holding for 5-10 years.

Following were SmallCap few years ago but now are LargeCap because they fulfilled above criteria :
1. HDFC
2. Infosys
3. PI Industries
4. Pidilite
5. Titan

1. Management

:Management plays the most important role while investing in SmallCap. They should be willing to create wealth for themselves as well as the shareholders.

World full of disruptions, management should be able to disrupt the industry instead of getting disrupted.

2. Market Leader

:It is very important to stick with Market Leader, during an economic downturn Market Leader would emerge victorious and take share from laggards.

There are many SmallCaps which are market leader in their industry, Catch them young!

I. Infosys was market leader in 1990s when it was a SmallCap
II. Pidilite was market leader even when it was a SmallCap
III. HDFC Bank was one of the leading private banks even when it was a SmallCap

3. Capital Allocation

:This according to me is most crucial, when company starts generating incremental cashflows it's very important that management stays focused and invests in opportunities with better return on capital which is inline with companies long term vision.

4. Size of Opportunity

"Go for Whale in ocean instead of Crocodile in Pond"
Company should have a huge size of opportunity ahead of it.
Invest in SmallCaps which has room to grow at double digit rate for next 4-5 years at least.

Even though we might be owing a SmallCap business checking all this filters, there will be deep corrections in 5-10 year holding period and thats when our conviction comes to play 🎯

We need to ride the whole journey and Buy when there are substantial Dips

Sarvaripati Shiva is one of the most fearsome manifestations of Mahadev. Assigned with destroying all of the universes at the end of time, Shiva is one of the most fearsome warriors. He is the Mrityunjaya.
Here are some weapons associated with him:

TRISHULA: the 3 pointed blades denote creation, maintenance, and destruction or the 3 Kalas – Past, Present and Future. They also represent 3 Gunas – Sattva, Rajas and Tamas).
Shiva’s trishul can only be stopped by Shiva himself.

Stories of Guruvayurappan
Shri Krishna Leela

This is a beautiful story of Guruvayurappan. Once there lived in Guruvayur a poor family. Kitta, his wife & kids were struggling for their daily needs. With only a coconut tree in house, he earned a living by selling coconuts.

Kitta was from a low caste family. He was a great devotee of Guruvayurappan. Everyday before going to work he always prayed infront of a picture of Guruvayurappan in his house. His only wish was to worship at Guruvayur & have annadanam in temple. But he was not allowed there

It was Utsavam time in Guruvayur. From far behind kitta and family worshipped Guruvayurappan. Annadanam was given daily and no one was left empty stomach. Only Kitta didn't receive. That night, it was only Kitta's family who was sleeping without food. After temple nada closed

Shri Krishna, dressed himself as a Brahmin went to temple Kitchen. He packed food and went directly to kitta's house. Reaching Kitta's house, Shri Krishna told he was sent by a cook of Guruvayur temple and gave them the food he packed. Kitta and family was very happy seeing food.

When Kitta finished his food, Brahmin asked it will be better if he get a tender coconut( karikku)to drink. Kitta climbed the tree and gave all coconuts to him. After having 1 tender coconut, the Brahmin asked to bring remaining coconuts to Guruvayur temple the next day.

Mostly will work on Monday to Wednesday. Sometimes on Friday.

Say bank nifty future is at 32000.
Sell both 32000 call and put.
Considering current volatile market lest say premium on Monday morning is 350 on both sides.
Sold with 700 points combine premium.
If bank nifty will trade in narrow range say +\- 100 hold it.
If moving 200 points

then exit previous sold straddle. Sell new one. Let’s say BN moved +200
Now sell 32200. If bank nifty will move here within range then u will get profit through theta decay. Follow same procedure for next 150-200 pts move.

This is only for single straddle sell position.

Now in second case sell three straddle. 31900/32000/32100
In case of 100 points move no need to change.
If 200 + then future is 32200.
Exit 31900 and sell 31200 straddle.
If moving another 100 then exit 32000 and sell 32300. Continue same with 100 points move.
If no move then

it will consolidate between 32000-32200 or 32100 to 32300 and u will get theta decay.

This is for normal move. Sudden big move may come anytime. So keep SL in system.
If u r selling at 350-350 then keep SL in system 475 for both legs.
Practice it. No need to attend webinar.

one of the things i like about Batman is that it's fundamentally about being orphaned, and being an orphan — how this guy stays tethered to the world in his own weird, abstract, extrajudicial way when he feels that his link to it has been violently severed

Batman does this by permanently recapitulating his own trauma: solving crimes for other people, protecting them. But that's actually just the beginning; he also recapitulates his own experience of orphanness by essentially raising several orphans

Dick is an orphan in the traditional sense: dead parents. Batman sees it happen. Jason, less so: missing dad, known mom who eventually dies. Tim, even less so: parents are around a while, and involved, before both dying. Carrie, even less than that: negligent parents.

Steph: evil father, who openly works against her. And then there's Damian, whose parents are both alive and yet both have identities that totally obliterate their role as his parents. He doesn't relate to them as a mother and father; he can't, and neither can they.

In all these different cases, Batman tries all these different ways of making orphanness for them not what it was for him: Either by trying to teach them the (arguably poor) coping skills early that he learned over a very long time, or by literally legally adopting them, etc.

I can explain all. It is largely the fault of a set of US laws called SESTA and FOSTA.
