1) Check Current trend :

Here in chart :
Retest - Chart breakout from downtrend
Wave 1 > Consolidation 1 > Wave 2 > Consolidation 2

Now Wave 3 above breakout of Consolidation 2

2) When this uptrend can reverse ?

- Resistance of Wave 1 = Support of Wave 2
- Till price is above high of previous wave its uptrend
- If it breaks trend weakens and may reverse

3) When to enter ?

- Chart consolidates after every pump
- Always enter in breakout of consolidation

Roadmap to become a successful trader:

1. Trading system

A trading system is the offensive weapon to get more money.

- Learn the basics (market structures, R/S, candlesticks patterns, etc.)
- Find 1 or 2 killer setups
- Backtest and store past data (WR, RRR, etc.)

Risk management is the defensive weapon to protect your money.

- For 30 days focus only on risk (not money)

But most investors don’t know how to read a cash flow statement

Here’s how to read a cash flow statement:

The Cash Flow Statement shows how cash moves in and out of a company.

The cash flow statement is presented in the quarterly and annual company filings

The things I ask myself:

-Is operating cash flow positive or negative? (Positive)
-Is capital expenditures less than OCF? (Yes)
-Is the company buying back stock or issuing new shares? (Buying back)

These are 3 simple questions to ask yourself before reading one

Cash flow is divided into 3 sections:

-Cash from operating activities
-Cash from investing activities
-Cash from financing activities

These are the 3 main components of every cash flow statement.

1. Operating Activities

Cash flows from operating activities explains the cash flows within the business for its normal operations over a particular period.

This will show whether a company is capable of generating positive cash flow to maintain and grow its operations.

From 0 to 100 in trading in 30 days:

1. Clean your charts

- 10 indicators and 30 lines will only confuse your mind
- Focus on the essentials and develop a "sniper mindset"
- Less is more is real in trading

2. Focus only on 1 setup

- Become the best trader in the world trading one setup
- Remember that trading is 99% waiting and 1% execution

1) For riding trends, first you have to understand trends - Here is how a complete cycle of stock looks like..Stock has 4 stages...We need to be in 2nd one to make money.
Now here we go deeper into stage 2 (2/n)

2) Any stage 2 has phases as this is not a linear journey but the stock will set up multiple bases in between...Below is the example of Balaji amines that highlights how the stage 2 in reality looks now.....

3) So a Stage 2 has periods of bases in between which are the typical resting period for digesting earlier gains. Theoretically looks like this..Stage 2 then a base within stage 2 and stage 2 resumes....

4) The real question is how to ride trend between the bases peacefully so that we don't have to wait in consolidation.

William's Alligator is probably the most underrated indicator in moving average category.

Alligator follows the premise that market is sideways for 70% of the time and trending only 30% of the time.

This is where William's Alligator can be a great tool for traders.

Why William's Alligator can be a great tool for traders?

It can identify Bullish, Bearish and Sideways market pretty easily. Problem is, traders don't know how to use it effectively. Alligator has three lines:

1. Lips - Fastest Line
2. Teeth
3. Jaws - Slowest Line

Book Interpretation is when Lips Crosses above Jaws, it's a buying opportunity and when below its a shorting opportunity. And when three lines are crisscrossing, instrument is sideways.

BUT this does not make it a tradeable indicator in practice. Here is what should be done.

Firstly, when all the Alligator lines are moving up or down and are widening, this phase is called "Alligator eating with its mouth wide open". When the lines are crisscrossing, this indicates the alligator is sated.

Now, how to use it? with Basic TA and Indicator like MACD

Rules to remember:
1. As long as price is above Alligator, BANKNIFTY is bullish.
2. As long as MACD is trading above 0 line, BANKNIFTY is bullish.
3. Horizontal Lines are the only S&R.
4. CONGESTION is followed by TREND is followed by CONGESTION.

This will read all the candlestick patterns forming in your chart. You can initiate trade when your favorite pattern forms.
Also contains description of every pattern.

2.Elder's Force Index (EFI)
It measures the power behind a price movement using price and volume. Can also be used to identify potential reversals and price corrections. It's Divergence indicates a reversal, see in the image attached.

3. Chande Kroll Stop
Denotes the SL for either a short or long position.
Red line represents the SL for a short position, whereas the green line represents the SL for a long position. It's calculation is based on Average True range.

4. Choppiness Index (CHOP)
It determines if the market is choppy (trading sideways) or not choppy (trading within a trend in either direction).
Higher values equal more choppiness (bad for directional traders), while lower values indicate directional trending.

Price increases + Volume increases = Bulls have strength

Price decreases + Volume increases = Bears have strength

Price increases + volume decreases = Bulls don't have strength, won't sustain higher levels

Price decreases + volume decreases = Bears don't have strength.

Points to Remember -
1. Big breakouts start with big VOLUME always.

The Higher the volume + Higher the range = the bigger will be the move.

2. When the stock consolidates and rejects from the higher price, volume is always low.
And when it gives the decisive breakouts, The Volume is stronger than the whole consolidation..
